Application Developer

Overview

Our client is a global, growing multi-national corporation with a need to add a versatile application developer with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset to their team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web applications for reporting
• Write database code (stored procedures, scripts, triggers)
• Stabilize and optimize the performance of Warehouse Management (High Jump) and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) systems
• Build applications for various platforms using object-oriented programming languages, preferably C# and PHP
• SQL Server database development including creating databases, table spaces, tables, indexes, triggers, procedures, SQL reports
• Become a business partner and challenge the status quo
• Create documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 1-5 years of applications development experience
• Web programming technologies along with the ability to program in .NET, Java or PHP
• Experience with SQL Server including Database Services, Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS)
