Job Descriptions:

  • Lead project teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
  • Analyze project risks, issues, costs, and benefits to provide strategic recommendations
  • Manage budgets, financial tracking, and stakeholder reporting
  • Develop and maintain cost and schedule plans using JONAS, MS Project, and Primavera P6
  • Create accurate financial forecasts to keep projects within budget and timeline
  • Expertise in design management, scheduling, estimating, and client relations
  • Negotiate and manage vendor and subcontractor contracts
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned
  • Provide field service support and oversee subcontractor operations
  • Perform material takeoffs and review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Track and manage change orders and scope adjustments
  • Evaluate and recommend design modifications and specification updates
  • Review and issue payment certificates
  • Implement Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and HSE procedure

Job Descriptions:
