They have a unique opportunity in Cleveland, OH to add a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to their team! JOB PURPOSE:

This person's primary responsibility will be to prospect and nurture client relationships to leverage their unique programs to close multi-year contracts. This includes prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs to meet a sales quota.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

  • “Sales Hunter” mentality
  • Cultivate new customers through prospecting – networking, cold calling, etc.
  • Promote and sell programs, products and services. Focus on all segments to grow the business as a whole
  • Emphasize product/program features based on analysis of customer’s needs and on technical knowledge of product/program capabilities
  • Develop high potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth through quality sales calls
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency when addressing customer’s inquiries, utilizing internal resources and closing sales
  • Sales Strategy – Solutions Selling to meet the customer’s needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated track record in B2B Executive Selling
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE WITHIN THE GREATER CLEVELAND AREA TO BE CONSIDERED
