Our client, a global leader in the chemical industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valve Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Geleen, Netherlands. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in valve installations and maintenance.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary technical authority on instrumented valves, overseeing selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize valve efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts, minimize downtime, and develop preventive maintenance programs.
- Provide training and act as a knowledge resource for internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
- At least 7 years of practical experience in instrumentation, preferably in the chemical process industry.
- In-depth knowledge of valve types, materials, and applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and Dutch language proficiency.
