Position Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Enhance and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Prospect and secure new accounts using modern tools.
  • Drive market growth with new and innovative applications for the extensive product line.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and execute sales strategies to meet personal and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Professional sales training (e.g., Carew, Carnegie, Sandler).
  • Experience in Packaging, Waste Management, Recycling, or related industries.
