Your Mission:
- Cultivate and manage a robust customer portfolio, expanding our presence and influence in the Dutch market.
- Be our eyes and ears on the ground, identifying new opportunities, conducting market studies, and transforming insights into actionable business development projects.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Technical Service, Business Innovation Center, and European colleagues to share knowledge and maximize impact.
- Initiate and manage new business development projects, turning successful trials into commercial victories.

Who You Are:
- You hold a scientific university degree (Business Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer, Chemist, Bio-Engineer, or Economics).
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages (especially German or French) are a plus.
- Boasting at least 3 years of experience in a technical or marketing position within the industry, you are passionate about innovative solutions and products.
- Your commercial acumen is sharp, complemented by stellar negotiation skills and a history of successful account management.
- An autonomous worker, you excel in managing priorities and timelines, and your project management skills are second to none.
- A team player at heart, you're open to change and thrive in collaborative environments.
