We have been retained by a rapidly growing, family-owned lumber company to identify a Fleet Manager for their corporate office in Illinois. This person will be responsible for monitoring 500+ trucks across 87 retail lumberyards to ensure timely picks ups and drop offs, maintaining DOT compliance, and building out an organizational process for their growing locations and subsequent fleets.

What You'll Do
- Ensure timely pickups and drop offs
- Build organizational process for locations and fleets
- Maintain DOT compliance
- Experience managing at least 100 trucks across multiple distribution centers
- Experience utilizing fleet asset software
- Able to talk ship with mechanics
