- Manage P&L
- Develop, plan, and communicate strategy and budget
- Provide support and interaction for developing new customers and suppliers
- Maintain relationships with business partners and customers
- Coach and manage all staff
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in management with high performance materials
- Must come from a successful start-up background
