The Bank operates thirty branches in southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island and commercial lending offices in Boston and Providence. In addition, HarborOne Mortgage provides personalized residential lending solutions through its fifteen offices.

The Board is seeking a professional with one (or more) of the following:

• In-depth knowledge of and/or experience in a publicly traded financial services organization.
• Prior experience as a Chief Financial Officer, President/CEO, and/or Chief Accounting Officer within a financial services organization (preferably publicly traded) would be valued.
• FinTech industry experience within financial services would be beneficial.
• Prior public company Board experience is preferred.
