Job Descriptions:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and subcontractors.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare and process journal entries as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and answering inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Adhere to accounting policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Ceridian) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant) is a plus.
