Our client, in the Hospitality sector, in the Port of Spain area is seeking to onboard enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the capacity of Associates - CSR.

They require approximately four (4) Associates, both male and female, to work on a shift basis.

Operation Hours: Monday to Thursday - 11 am to 11 pm
Friday to Saturday - 11 am to 12 midnight

Salary: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00

Permanent employment. 40-48 hours weekly.



Job Summary:
The Associate is responsible for creating a fun and comfortable indoor golf experience for guests and providing exceptional customer service.


Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service
  • Meet and greet all guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly, respectfully and professionally with all guests and colleagues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences.
  • Assist guests by phone, email, website and in person with making, changing or cancelling reservations (tee times).
  • Assist guests with questions and with using the simulator technology.
  • Share all feedback and complaints with management.
Sales and Marketing
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all menu items, specials and simulator technology.
  • Promote sales and specials to guests.
  • Sell and serve food, beverage, alcohol and merchandise to guests.
  • Ring up customers purchases and booking fees (where applicable) at the cash register, receive payments and issue receipts.
  • Manage inventory and restock all items as needed.
  • Ensure inventory for all items is stocked and presented in an organized and clean manner.

Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized and comfortable environment.
  • Clean and clear all golf simulator areas after each reservation.
  • Routinely clean all tables, bar and food areas throughout the work shift.
  • Clean bathroom, windows and floors as needed.
  • Ensure bathroom is stocked with necessary items.
  • Follow and enforce all rules and safety protocols.
  • Maintain good personal hygiene and report to work in clean uniform.
  • Other business related duties may be assigned or requested.

Job Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Ability to successfully work in teams.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
  • The position requires the ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays and stand for extended periods of time.

Job Education and Experience:
  • Must posses a minimum of 3 O'Levels including math and English.
  • Must posses a minimum of 1 to 2 years work experience providing customer service and serving food and beverage
