Our client in the Diego Martin is looking to on board a Customer Attendant in a retail store:
Main Purpose of Job:

Main Purpose of Job:
- Customer attends , sell retail products, good and services to all customers. In addition they work with customers to find exactly what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
- Main Responsibilities:
- Use of Company-approved sales tactics:
- Persuading and influencing of customers to buy requested or suggested item if their request is not in stock
- Discuss warranties and replacement if necessary
- Demonstrate product usage and show consumers how to maximize their 2.Upselling of items – complementary, high stock items, on sale items.
- Quality of completion of Lane Duties:
- Using creativity to create displays
- Monitoring current stock levels on lane and making enquiries before sell-out about inventory for replacements
- Proactively neatening, pulling up and fixing goods and displays on counters and shelves
- Maintenance of price tags and timely replacement or updating.
- Decluttering
- Offering Product or remerchandising suggestions (based on store’s sales trends and customer feedback) in staff meetings. Giving Recommendations for changes in customer service techniques and store policy by evaluating store’s results and competitors.
- Resolves customer complaints by troubleshooting them directly or with the customer service representative and manager. (Investigating problems and developing solutions).
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings and continuous improvement by feedback. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and sanitation protocols.
- Persads Loyalty One Card:
- Request BEFORE starting transaction
- Knowledgeable and understands how the point & redeemable system works
- Proactively engage and encourage customers to sign up for the loyalty card.
Sufficient and accurate Product knowledge and of store layout. Directing customers to find products.
