Our Client in the Chaguanas area is looking to onboard a Sales Representative:
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service to assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Handle inbound contacts and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
- Engage in outbound communication with customers via different forms of media with energy and enthusiasm
- Operates a cash register to compute and record total sales.
- Collects cash, check, or charge payment from customer and makes change for cash transactions
The position will initially be a three (3) months contract, however if the employee's performance is good they are then given six (6) months then a one-year contract.
