Our client in the Arima area is looking to onboard a Culture Manager:

Job Description:

The Culture Manager is responsible for fostering and enhancing a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's mission, values, and strategic goals. This role involves developing and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Culture Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement a culture strategy that supports the organization's vision and values.
    • Collaborate with leadership to align culture initiatives with business objectives.
  2. Employee Engagement:
    • Create and facilitate programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives that foster a sense of community.
  3. Communication:
    • Ensure effective communication of cultural values and initiatives across the organization.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and leadership regarding cultural matters.
  4. Feedback and Assessment:
    • Develop and implement employee feedback mechanisms to assess cultural health.
    • Analyze survey data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Design and deliver training programs that promote the desired culture, including diversity, equity, and inclusion training.
    • Support leadership in integrating cultural values into their management practices.
  6. Onboarding and Integration:
    • Enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires understand and embrace the company culture.
    • Provide ongoing support to employees in their cultural integration.
  7. Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Regularly assess the organizational culture through surveys, focus groups, and other methods.
    • Prepare reports for leadership on culture metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or culture management.
  • Strong understanding of organizational culture and employee engagement principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
