Our client is seeking to hire an Accounts Clerk with the following details:

Contract Type: Short-Term Contract (3 months)
Location: Port of Spain
Work Hours: 8AM-4PM


Job Responsibilities:
● Financial Record Keeping
● Accounts Payable
● Accounts Receivables
● Bank Reconciliations
● Support/Other Duties

Job Qualifications:
● Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
● 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Good communication skills

Job Skills:
● Data entry and financial record keeping
● Journal entry and reconciliation
● Basic understanding of accounting principles
● Familiarity with cloud-based storage systems
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
