Our client is hiring a CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT- Chat Support with the following details:


Contract Type: Short-Term Contract (3 months)
Location: [on site] Port of Spain
Work Hours: Shift Based, 9AM-5PM
Flexible shifts available, including nights and weekends

Job Responsibilities:
● Manage incoming customer inquiries via chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
● Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
● Direct customer service inquiries to the appropriate channels when necessary
● Coordinate with restaurants and delivery partners to address order-related concerns
● Contribute to improving customer service processes and documentation
● Perform miscellaneous data entry tasks as needed
● Work closely with internal teams, including dispatch to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process and quick resolution of any issues
● Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Job Requirements and Skills:
● Excellent written communication skills with a focus on chat-based support
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
● Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
● Experience with CRM software and chat support tools (preferred)
● At least 2 years of work experience; previous experience in customer service a plus
