What you need to qualify:

• Hands on experience working with industrial level heavy equipment; this includes but not limited to, Excavators, Loaders and Dozers.
• Experience working with slab on grade, foundations and footers.
• Working knowledge of hazards and safety precautions common to heavy equipment.
• High Mechanical Aptitude: natural ability to understand practice techniques, tools, and equipment for construction.
• Time management; understand the value of being on time and having excellent attendance
