Industrial Manufacturing Machine Technician
Our client, a manufacturing company with an unstructured environment, is seeking self-managing technicians for their three shifts. The company operates over 300 complex machines, including CNC, Plastic Mold Injection, and surface treatment machines. The client is open to hiring both entry-level talent and experienced veterans who can diagnose electronic and electrical issues, read schematics, and replace components.
Requirements:
- Ability to diagnose errors and replace components.
- Experience with contactors, schematics, DMG Moores, and spindle genies is a plus.
- Ideal candidates have experience with 5-7 axis mills, 304 axis lathes, Plastic Mold Injection machines, or surface treatment.
- Technicians must understand schematics and use calipers.
- No experience with pump turning, motors, or refrigerants required.
Positions and Pay:
- Technician 1 (Entry Level): $24/hr - $25/hr
- Technician 2 (Experienced): $26/hr - $35/hr, with an average salary between $30/hr - $32/hr
- Entry-level technicians undergo a 3-year learning and onboarding process.
Current Needs:
- Senior CNC Technicians: $35/hr +
- Senior Plastic Mold Injection (PMI) Technicians $35/hr +
- Senior Surface Treatment Technicians with metal preparation experience $35/hr +
