We are looking for a motivated, Senior Project Manager / Senior Mechanical engineer with 12+ years of HVAC system design experience in complex healthcare environments.

This position is located at our office in Bedford, NH, on the outskirts of Manchester, NH.

After approximately 90 days, this job may be performed on a Hybrid Schedule.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. PM/Sr. Mechanical PE to lead and manage the design process with a significant focus on healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years design and project management experience, exceptional attention to detail and will be current on “State of the Art” HVAC design practices in healthcare settings. An in-depth understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements is a must, as is the ability to interpret them, apply them and problem-solve. The ideal candidate must also have the ability to collaborate with, train, mentor, and lead fellow team members and will be responsible for managing deadlines and workloads. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to further develop the firm’s existing and new client relationships. PE license and team leadership experience required. The desire to grow within our firm is also a plus, as this is a rapidly growing market segment for us.

140K to 190K+
