Job Description

Large privately held Consumer Products Company is searching for a Manager of Customer Service to Join their team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepare and complete action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Resolve problems; complete audits and identify customer service trends.
  • Implement customer service process changes as needed.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required.
  • 5- 10 years Customer service experience.
  • Experience implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills
