Bookkeeper - Ajera/Deltek
Our growing construction client has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper with Ajera or Deltek software experience.
- Responsible for all aspects of the accounting including purchase orders, billing and payment processing, and staff payroll.
- Performed monthly bank reconciliation for operating, payroll and credit card accounts.
- Coordinated with outside CPA regarding sales tax payments, payroll tax payments and year-end tax returns.
- Human Resources duties included onboarding, benefits administration and handling workers compensation claims
- Coordinated with insurance representatives for certificates of insurance for third-party contractors and project-specific insurance requirements.
- MUST have Ajera or Deltek software experience.
- Must have five or more years of Bookkeeping experience
Our client offers a salary of up to $55k plus they pay 65% of the medical, Dental and vision for the employee and their family and has a 401k with profit sharing.
