Job Description

Our client, a publicly held, Atlanta headquartered manufacturing company is searching for a long term temporary Network Operations Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, update and / or close support cases in Salesforce Ticketing
  • Update the Salesforce support cases, docs and profiles to reflect current operations
  • Coordinate customer communication, activities and training delivery for roll out of new online User Interface
  • Outbound calls, scheduling training sessions, and providing training documents to customers
  • Coordinate and complete remote SW installs
  • Provide as needed support for:
    • Conducting callbacks as requested from Network Operations team
    • Install proprietary software via remote agent utilizing documented procedures
    • Other assigned tasks as needed

This company will provide training regarding Salesforce Ticketing and best practices as well as process flow and process building.

Requirements:

  • Studies in IT-related field
  • Call Center experience preferred
  • SQL Query knowledge preferred
  • Exposure to ticketing systems preferred, not required
