Accounting Manager - Franchising
  • Cash flow management of over $2M annually and timely processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable across multiple companies
  • Coordinates preparation of 20 federal, states, and owner’s personal tax returns with CPA firm
  • Management of FTC required franchisor annual audit
  • Provide Franchise Business Management
  • Builds and maintains relationships, tracks financials and oversees collections for franchised centers
  • Serves as liaison between corporate office and franchisees to build company brand
  • Works with marketing and public relations firms for business operations
  • Compliance reporting to county, state, & federal agencies
  • Oversees human resource functions for the corporate office and corporate owned centers
  • Set up and management of 10 companies utilizing QuickBooks Pro
  • Oversee bank deposits and monthly reconciliations for ten corporate accounts including real estate and franchise sales
  • Prepare, analyze, and review monthly financial reports with CEO
  • Executive team member in charge of initiating interview and hiring process with prospective candidates
  • Payroll oversight of employees and 10 corporate staff members, new employee processing, benefits administration, recordkeeping, and employee reviews
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
  • Quickbooks Experience
  • MS Office Suite with EXCEL
  • Previous experience working with Franchises (highly desired)
